The list of products eligible for technical support through the NSI Smart Support program is found below. This list is subject to change without notice.

• NSI Superquad, Silhouette and Quad central receive antenna systems manufactured after 1 January 2005.
• NSI Superquad and Silhouette central receive antenna systems equipped with an SCU-322 system control unit and upgraded as part of the BAS relocation project.
• NSI and Nurad Quad central receive antenna systems equipped with an SCU-321 system control unit and upgraded as part of the BAS relocation project.
• NSI NuPod and Altra auto positioning antenna systems.
• NSI Silhouette and Stiletto transmit antennas
• NSI SCU-300 Series system control units
• NSI MC Pro software versions 5.24 and higher.
